4. Credits & Payments

• We offer subscriptions and one‑time credit packs; pricing is shown on the Pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel anytime and retain benefits until period end.
• Credits are digital goods delivered instantly and are generally non‑refundable.

5. AI Generated Content & Commercial License

• You must have rights and authorization to all inputs you provide.
• Generated music is licensed by plan: paid plans include a commercial license; free tiers are for personal, non‑commercial use only.
• We may rely on third parties (e.g., Kie.ai) for model inference services.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Any unlawful or infringing use.
• Circumventing security or abusing free resources.
• Reverse engineering, automated scraping, or abusive automation.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties.
• We do not guarantee results will meet expectations or fit a particular purpose.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
